It's very close to Addo Elephant Park and Amakhala Game Reserve. The view from the bedroom is amazing and it was our best accommodation during our Garden Road trip. There is a restaurant in the property so very convenient to eat in the evening. The place is calm, very romantic and we could so zebras inside the property!

Set against a cliff above the Bushman's River valley, Woodbury Lodge is located in the malaria-free area of the Amakhala Game Reserve. I like the experience of sleeping inside the reserve. Very nice! The people working there are top! Kudos!

We were able to see four of the big five. The lodge is very luxurious. Please remember that you live in the "bush" and you can sometimes encounter insects and other creatures while showering under the open sky. :-) But that's exactly what makes it so special! Offering an intimate Big 5 safari experience, Quatermain's 1920's Safari Camp features a boma bonfire and BBQ facilities. It is located in the Amakhala Game Reserve. Excellent all round. Couldn't fault it.

Providing mountain views, Lalibela Game Reserve Lentaba Safari Lodge in Paterson provides accommodation, a restaurant, an outdoor swimming pool, a bar and a terrace. It was our first experience of a game reserve and it didn’t disappoint! From start to finish it was just amazing in every way. Our Guide called Teacher was the absolute best!!!

Perfect for families. It even had an ice machine! There was no load shedding at all, which was a pleasant change. The area felt safe and the beach nearby is fantastic!
