Our room is great! Clean and nice. We watched the NBA that night because it's families favorite since its play off's! Nice! Breakfast was great too. There is so many choices like in the warmers,there's eggs and sausages, varieties of cereals. Varieties of bread, bagels, muffins and u can make your own waffles as well. Brewed Coffee, hot chocolate and juices. My family loves it. ❤️❤️❤️

We travelled with a team for BC High School Track & Field Provincials. The staff was fantastic, helpful and interested in how we were doing. Good coffee (fresh and strong). Rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. Lots of plugs for chargers.

Nanaimo is a great city.
Nanaimo is a great city. Has incredible views of the bay and mountain range. Very friendly people. I happened upon a lovely kitchen store, Maison Cookware & Bakeware, that has an incredible selection of quality kitchenware. I spent some time talking to the owner, Julia House. Nanaimo was a little city that is spread far apart, but everything you need is 10mins away The homelessness issue rears its head all around Nanaimo but not as aparant as Vancouver! Nanaimo is a cool little city. Depending on the goal of your trip renting a vehicle is recommended, since the city is spread out. As well there is much to see in surrounding areas. With the ocean, mountains and forest this community is surrounded by nature and beauty!NatashaCanada - 6.0Scored 6.0

We had a great dinner at Firehouse Grill and fantastic coffee at Regards Coffee and the walk along the waterfront was nice but nothing super special, in all honesty it's kind of a dreary, quiet place that isn't very pretty. I didn't see much of Nanaimo, just Petraglyph Park, before heading to Victoria. This side of Nanaimo was quiet, and I left very early. One great thing about South Nanaimo is its proximity to the Duke Point Ferry - a short drive. Also, the lack of nightlife meant my visit was quiet. I would recommend visiting Petraglyph Park. It's not easy to find it, you have to be driving on the northbound side, but it's beautiful. I've enjoyed other aspects of Nanaimo in the past, especially the Woodgrove area, and I've found people there very friendly.CluckyCanada

When you step into the lobby iit’s like stepping into a grand hotel of the past. It is elegant. Very friendly staff. Wonderful restaurant with lixurious ambience . There is also a bar at the facility, which is well known as the whiskey bar in in the area. The rooms are big and comfortable and extremely clean and the price was very reasonable.
