The food was delicious (both the pub menu and the breakfast included in the room price), the staff was terrific (they make you feel right at home from the get-go) and the hotel room was just gorgeous! It really exceeded my expectations!

Parking was right opposite and the hotel was conveniently placed for shops, restaurants and other facilities. Room service was efficient and unobtrusive.

Breakfast was fast, substantial and tasty- particularly the bacon! The location was fabulous. Lots of wonderful walks available in such an historic old village. Easy access into Eastboure via a close-by bus and close enough to Polgate station for access to the airport, London and other places. Perfect!
