Featuring mountain views, Ikwanitsha Lodge in Paterson features accommodation, a garden, a terrace, a restaurant and a bar. Both WiFi and private parking are accessible at the lodge free of charge. We had a great time here! It's very close to Addo Elephant Park and Amakhala Game Reserve. The view from the bedroom is amazing and it was our best accommodation during our Garden Road trip. There is a restaurant in the property so very convenient to eat in the evening. The place is calm, very romantic and we could so zebras inside the property!

The Port Elizabeth Airport is 88 km away.... An exceptionally beautiful natural environment, gorgeous private lodges, friendly staff who could not have been more hospitable… overall an excellent stay and I only wish we had stayed longer.

Set against a cliff above the Bushman's River valley, Woodbury Lodge is located in the malaria-free area of the Amakhala Game Reserve. I like the experience of sleeping inside the reserve. Very nice! The people working there are top! Kudos!

Located in the heart of the Amakhala Game Reserve, Woodbury Tented Camp offers an authentic outdoor experience in safari tents. The camp overlooks the ancient floodplain of the Bushmans River. That it was a conservation and there was space for animals and research.

Situated in the Amakala Big Five Game Reserve, Bush Lodge offers an intimate lodge experience. It features an outdoor swimming pool, viewing deck and a number of game drives and bush walks. Thanks to the whole team! James, thank you for these unforgettable morning and afternoon rides. You immediately felt that he was a very experienced and funny ranger! Keep it up! We were able to see four of the big five. The lodge is very luxurious. Please remember that you live in the "bush" and you can sometimes encounter insects and other creatures while showering under the open sky. :-) But that's exactly what makes it so special! Offering an intimate Big 5 safari experience, Quatermain's 1920's Safari Camp features a boma bonfire and BBQ facilities. It is located in the Amakhala Game Reserve. Excellent all round. Couldn't fault it.

Situated in Boesmansriviermond in the Eastern Cape region, Bushmans River Holliday House Retreat has a patio. This property offers access to a balcony and free private parking. Neat, convenient and comfortable.

Providing mountain views, Lalibela Game Reserve Lentaba Safari Lodge in Paterson provides accommodation, a restaurant, an outdoor swimming pool, a bar and a terrace. It was our first experience of a game reserve and it didn’t disappoint! From start to finish it was just amazing in every way. Our Guide called Teacher was the absolute best!!!

Situated in Paterson, 10 km from Karel Landman Monument, Camp Acacia offers accommodation with free WiFi, a terrace or a balcony and access to a garden and a year-round outdoor pool. From start to finish we adored our stay in Camp Acacia. Edwin was fantastic and watching the game on the drive in and out was like a mini safari! We had the most wonderful, peaceful and enjoyable stay there. It’s a slice of heaven.

Featuring garden views, Bushys Oak offers accommodation with a garden and a patio, around 8.6 km from Dias Cross Memorial. The house is large and comfortable. Perfect for families. It even had an ice machine! There was no load shedding at all, which was a pleasant change. The area felt safe and the beach nearby is fantastic!
